Welcome to CalcWithMatt.com (“Site”, “we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and tutoring services. By accessing this Site or booking a lesson, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Services Provided

CalcWithMatt provides private online tutoring services in calculus-related subjects. Tutoring is provided through online platforms such as Microsoft Teams or similar tools. No academic credit is issued and we do not guarantee specific grades or academic outcomes.

Eligibility

By using this Site, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old, or

• You have parental or legal guardian consent to use our services.

Parents or guardians are responsible for minors using the service.

Scheduling and Booking

Lessons must be scheduled through our online booking system and are subject to availability. Students are responsible for attending sessions on time and ensuring they have reliable internet access.

Payment

All lessons and packages must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed. Payments may be processed through third-party providers such as Wix Payments, Stripe, or PayPal. We do not store or process payment card information directly.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Lessons may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 12 hours’ notice.

• Cancellations or reschedules made within 12 hours of the scheduled lesson may be charged in full.

• No-shows are charged the full lesson amount.

• Exceptions may be made at our discretion in the case of emergencies.

Refund Policy

• Individual sessions: Non-refundable once completed.

• Lesson bundles/packages: Non-refundable once purchased, including unused hours.

• Recurring plans: May be canceled at any time, but no refunds are issued for unused sessions or time already billed.

Academic Integrity

Tutoring is intended for educational support only. We do not complete graded assignments, exams, or engage in academic dishonesty on behalf of students.

Intellectual Property

All website content and tutoring materials are the property of CalcWithMatt and may not be copied, distributed, or reused without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

CalcWithMatt is not responsible for academic results, grades, or exam outcomes. We are not liable for technical failures beyond our control. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant tutoring service.

Termination of Services

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services for inappropriate behavior, harassment, academic dishonesty, or violation of these Terms.
