At CalcWithMatt.com, we value transparency and fairness. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before purchasing tutoring services.

By booking a lesson or purchasing a plan, you agree to the terms below.

Individual Sessions

• Individual tutoring sessions are non-refundable once completed.

• If a session is canceled or rescheduled with at least 12 hours’ notice, you may reschedule the session at no additional charge.

• Cancellations and reschedules made with less than 12 hours’ notice and no-shows are charged in full and are not refundable.

Lesson Bundles / Packages

• All lesson bundles and prepaid packages are non-refundable once purchased, including any unused hours.

• Bundles/packages expire after 12 months from purchase, and unused hours cannot be refunded.

Recurring Subscription Plans

• Recurring plans may be canceled at any time through your account or by contacting us.

• Cancellations stop future billing but do not generate refunds for unused sessions or previously billed periods.

Tutor Cancellations

If your tutor must cancel a lesson, you will be offered a rescheduled session at no cost.

​

Exceptional Circumstances

Lesson credits may be granted at our sole discretion in exceptional situations such as serious illness, family emergencies, or technical failures that prevent a session from occurring.

Technical Issues

We are not responsible for connectivity or device issues on the student’s side. Sessions missed due to the student’s technical problems are treated as no-shows unless otherwise agreed.
